It’s pretty much an industry standard in the Vacation Home Rental market to charge a cleaning fee along with the daily rental. Our cleaning fees are a one-time fee whether you stay 2-nights or a couple of weeks. Our fee is based on the remoteness of our cabins and the travel time for our property managers to get there, plus they do more than just house cleaning. Laundry, dishwashing, landscaping, outdoor grill cleaning and indoor fireplace cleaning, minor repairs when needed and window wash for each turnover is always done. They also insure that the pantry items and coffee are stocked and do a general “Make Ready” of our cabins to insure it’s up to our standards for your “home away from home” stay.
